Contact/communication logs can be maintained in the IQCP record as notes. Notes can be added to IQCP records that are in Inworks or Current status by users with the appropriate rights.
From the IQCP record, click the Other Actions > Add Notes. Result: The Add Notes window is displayed.
Enter the note text in the Comment field.
Click the Sign-off button. Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button. Result: The note has been added to the IQCP record.
